We are a proud team from Spain all with a different background, some comes from a family etched in hospitality, some are Art and History guides. Raul’s father was a hotelier in the heyday of old world glamorous travel, his brother a chef in a renowned Madrid restaurant, and having worked all over Europe in hospitality himself. Our knowledge and passion in wine, food and service is incomparable.
